Terms of Use

Effective Date: January 30, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mozhi application ("App"), developed and published by AIM Studio. By downloading, installing, or using Mozhi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Mozhi is an iOS application available on iPhone and iPad, designed to help users learn Tamil-French vocabulary. The App provides:

  • Tamil-to-French vocabulary learning with flashcard swipe system
  • Interactive quizzes to test your knowledge
  • Text-to-speech pronunciation for French words
  • Word-by-word progression tracking
  • XP and trophy reward system
  • Light and dark theme options

The free version gives access to all features but is limited to 5 sessions per 3-hour window. Once the limit is reached, you must wait for the window to reset or subscribe to Mozhi Premium for unlimited sessions.

3. Access & Use

Mozhi is available for free download on the Apple App Store. The free version provides access to all features with a session limit of 5 sessions per 3-hour window. Unlimited sessions require an active Mozhi Premium subscription. You agree to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Premium Subscription

Mozhi Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription with two plans:

  • Monthly: 6.99 €/month, renewed automatically every month.
  • Yearly: 39.99 €/year, renewed automatically every year (52% savings compared to monthly).

Both plans unlock unlimited sessions

Subscription terms:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Purchase restoration is available within the App.

All transactions are processed via Apple StoreKit and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. AIM Studio does not process payments directly. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, design, code, graphics, audio, and user interface, is the exclusive property of AIM Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without prior written authorization.

6. User Responsibilities

By using Mozhi, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mozhi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AIM Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIM Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. In any case, AIM Studio's total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for your Mozhi Premium subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

AIM Studio reserves the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without prior notice. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Cancelling your subscription will not result in a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current subscription period.

10. Modifications

AIM Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon publication with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. In accordance with French consumer law, you may also submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
